What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for Replit's Enterprise Platform, you will own the roadmap for enterprise infrastructure features, including single-tenant deployments and private networking. You will lead your team in designing and implementing advanced data protection capabilities, such as customer-managed encryption and enhanced data isolation controls. Your role involves partnering with sales and customer success teams to understand enterprise requirements and unblock deployments, ensuring that Replit meets the needs of its most demanding customers.

You will be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, conducting regular one-on-ones, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. You will also engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on the product roadmap, ensuring that the infrastructure solutions you deliver are both robust and user-friendly. Your leadership will be crucial in scaling Replit's enterprise offerings and driving adoption across various industries.
