You are detail-oriented and have a passion for automating workflows that enhance user onboarding and campaign delivery. What you'll do

In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain the technical backbone that supports scalable growth experiments at Replit. You will build and optimize analytics pipelines to capture key product metrics, focusing on acquisition, activation, and retention. Your responsibilities will include developing automated workflows for user onboarding and performance tracking, ensuring that growth initiatives run smoothly across systems.

You will support A/B testing frameworks, integrating them into production systems to enable reliable data collection and evaluation for growth experiments. Your work will involve automating the deployment and rollout of growth feature flags and tests, allowing for rapid iteration and optimization of product features. You will collaborate closely with Growth Product Managers, Data Engineers, and backend teams to ensure that growth initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively.
