Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in product management, particularly in Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions. With at least 5 years of experience, you understand the intricacies of IAM platforms and can effectively communicate between business stakeholders and technical teams. Your technical fluency allows you to grasp complex IAM concepts, ensuring that you can lead discussions and decisions effectively.
You are adept at driving product roadmaps and agile execution, having successfully managed product lifecycles from conception to delivery. Your experience includes working with Access Controls, Identity Governance, Directory Services, and Cryptographic Controls, making you well-equipped to handle the challenges of this role. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
What you'll do
As a Product Owner for the IAM team, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring that the team is focused on delivering high-value features. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories. Your role will involve leading sprint planning sessions and ensuring that the team adheres to agile methodologies.
You will also be tasked with monitoring the progress of product development, providing updates to stakeholders, and adjusting priorities as necessary based on feedback and changing business needs. Your ability to analyze data and user feedback will be crucial in refining product features and enhancing user experience.
In addition, you will work closely with technical teams to ensure that the IAM solutions are scalable, secure, and meet the needs of the business. Your leadership will guide the team in implementing best practices and innovative strategies to improve IAM capabilities.
