You are adept at driving product roadmaps and agile execution, with a focus on core IAM capabilities such as Access Controls, Identity Governance, Directory Services, and Cryptographic Controls. Your experience in agile methodologies means you can lead teams through sprints, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and to specification. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

What you'll do

As a Product Owner for the IAM team, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring that the team is focused on delivering the most valuable features first. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories for the development team. Your role will involve regular communication with both technical teams and business leaders to ensure that everyone is aligned on the product vision and goals.

You will lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Your ability to analyze market trends and user feedback will help you make informed decisions about product features and enhancements. You will also be responsible for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the IAM solutions you deliver.
