Overview
Restaurant365 is hiring a Senior Recruiter to scale recruitment efforts across Mexico and the United States. You'll partner closely with U.S.-based recruiters and hiring managers in a fully English-speaking environment. This role requires strong sourcing fundamentals and experience in corporate or SaaS hiring.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in recruitment, particularly within the SaaS industry, and possess strong sourcing fundamentals that enable you to identify and attract top talent. Your experience spans both corporate and fast-paced environments, allowing you to adapt your strategies to meet diverse hiring needs. You are comfortable recruiting across multiple geographies, including Mexico and the United States, and thrive in a metrics-driven environment where data informs your decisions. Your ability to influence hiring decisions through market insights makes you a trusted advisor to leaders within the organization. You are fluent in English and can effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the recruitment process.
Desirable
Experience in a corporate talent acquisition role, particularly within the restaurant or hospitality sectors, would be advantageous. Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms that enhance sourcing and candidate engagement is also a plus. You are proactive in your approach, always seeking to improve processes and outcomes, and you understand the importance of building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
What you'll do
As a Senior Recruiter at Restaurant365, you will lead recruitment efforts to scale our talent acquisition strategy across both Mexico and the United States. You will collaborate closely with U.S.-based recruiters and hiring managers, ensuring that our hiring practices align with the company's goals and culture. Your role will involve developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, while also managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance. You will analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of your strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Additionally, you will serve as a mentor to junior recruiters, sharing your expertise and best practices to elevate the team's performance.
