What you'll do

In this role, you will be the central point driving the productization efforts of Ripple's trading and liquidity solutions — you will lead the strategy and roadmap, working closely with the Trading and Markets team to evaluate strategic opportunities for growth. You will ensure seamless integration with Ripple's core product suite, leading cross-functional initiatives that enhance the client lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, defining product requirements, and collaborating with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs. You will also be responsible for stakeholder management, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the product development process.
