What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the strategy and roadmap for Ripple's trading and liquidity solutions, acting as the central point for productization efforts. You will work closely with the Trading and Markets team to identify strategic opportunities for growth and ensure seamless integration with Ripple's core product suite. Your responsibilities will include defining product vision, conducting market research, and prioritizing features based on customer needs and business objectives.

You will also be responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives that enhance the client lifecycle, ensuring that products are not only innovative but also user-friendly and effective. Your leadership will guide the team in executing product launches and managing the product lifecycle from conception to delivery.

Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will partner with various divisions within the company to align product strategies with overall business goals. You will mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
