You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working with wider technical teams to design, deploy, and continuously improve backend applications. You understand the importance of capturing requirements accurately and are skilled at translating them into effective software solutions.

Desirable

Experience with blockchain technology or crypto solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies. You are open to learning new technologies and approaches that can enhance your contributions to the team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building reliable, scalable, and performant Custody systems that support Ripple's innovative crypto solutions. You will participate in the full software development lifecycle, capturing requirements and applying sound software design principles to create effective solutions.

You will work closely with other engineers and technical teams to ensure that the applications you develop are not only functional but also optimized for performance and reliability. Your role will involve unit and integration testing to ensure that the systems you build meet high standards of quality.

You will have the opportunity to think outside the box and apply innovative approaches to solve both traditional and non-traditional problems in the blockchain space. Your contributions will directly impact the way Ripple delivers value to its customers and enhances the global financial system.
