You are comfortable in a 'docs-as-code' environment, managing documentation alongside engineering teams and utilizing modern tools and workflows. Your attention to detail and ability to simplify complex concepts make you an invaluable asset to any documentation team.

Desirable

Experience with API testing and integration is a plus, as is familiarity with tools like Postman or similar. You may also have experience in creating user guides and tutorials that enhance customer understanding and adoption of products. A background in software development or engineering can further strengthen your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for authoring and maintaining detailed reference and conceptual documentation for Ripple's payments platform. This includes creating integration guides that drive successful customer adoption and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. You will act as the 'first user' of the product, diving deep into the APIs to test and validate the documentation's accuracy. Your work will involve collaborating with engineering teams to understand new features and updates, ensuring that documentation is always current and comprehensive. You will also participate in the development of a 'docs-as-code' workflow, leveraging modern documentation tools and practices to streamline the documentation process.
