With a deep understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, you are adept at validating intricate pricing models and approval flows. Your experience in executing comprehensive test strategies ensures that all aspects of the CPQ systems are thoroughly evaluated for performance and accuracy. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate testing outcomes and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Desirable

Experience with automated testing tools and methodologies is a plus, as is familiarity with Agile development practices. You are always eager to learn and adapt to new technologies that can enhance the quality assurance process.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the QA efforts for Salesforce CPQ systems, developing and executing test plans that validate complex pricing scenarios and contract-based quoting processes. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure that the systems meet business needs. Your leadership will guide the QA team in identifying and resolving defects, ensuring that the systems are reliable and perform optimally.

You will also be responsible for mentoring junior QA engineers, sharing your expertise in Salesforce CPQ and fostering a culture of quality within the team.
