Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, specifically with a focus on CPQ solutions. Your deep technical expertise allows you to build scalable and high-performing solutions that simplify complex sales processes. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, and Operations to translate business requirements into robust technical implementations.
You possess a strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and have a proven track record of driving platform enhancements. Your ability to ensure seamless system performance and integration is complemented by your problem-solving skills and attention to detail. You are passionate about leveraging technology to improve business processes and enhance user experiences.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing Quote-to-Cash solutions. You will apply your Salesforce CPQ expertise to build scalable solutions that meet the needs of the business. Collaborating with various teams, you will translate complex business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring that the solutions you develop are both effective and efficient.
You will drive platform enhancements, working to improve system performance and integration across the Salesforce ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing new features, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing existing processes. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior developers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles.
