As a Pharmacy Technician Trainee, you will participate in a state-approved training program designed to set you up for long-term success. You understand the importance of accuracy in pharmacy operations and are ready to ensure that members receive their orders on time.
You are willing to complete a minimum of 160 hours of training within 3 months and pass a mandatory written exam to become registered as a pharmacy technician. Your dedication to learning and growing in the pharmacy field will be crucial as you work closely with multiple teams to deliver timely and accurate pharmacy services to our members.
What you'll do
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in pharmacy operations, ensuring that members receive accurate orders on time. You will be at the heart of Ro's mission, working closely with various teams to deliver seamless pharmacy services. Your responsibilities will include participating in the training program, learning about pharmacy operations, and applying your knowledge to assist in daily tasks. You will also be expected to maintain high standards of quality and service while working in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.
