What you'll do

As a Compounding Pharmacist at Ro, you will be responsible for the compounding and preparation of prescription medications for various products offered through the company. You will oversee the compounding operation, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently while managing the responsibilities of pharmacy technicians. Your role will involve close collaboration with other healthcare professionals to maintain a high standard of care for patients. You will also be tasked with driving continuous change and improvements within the pharmacy, contributing to Ro's mission of delivering the easiest and most effective care possible.
