You have a strong background in pharmacy operations and are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care. Your leadership experience enables you to effectively manage a team of fulfillment pharmacists, ensuring that all prescription and non-prescription orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You understand the importance of compliance with regulations and company procedures, and you foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement within your team.
You possess excellent communication and coaching skills, which you use to train and develop your team members. You are committed to patient safety and are proactive in driving workflow optimization and supporting audit readiness. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with cross-functional partners, including Compliance, Quality, and Operations, to innovate processes that enhance the patient experience.
What you'll do
As the Lead Fulfillment Pharmacist, you will oversee daily pharmacy fulfillment operations, ensuring that all orders are processed in compliance with applicable regulations. You will lead the training and performance oversight of fulfillment pharmacists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Your role will involve optimizing workflows and contributing to process innovations that enhance operational efficiency.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure audit readiness and compliance with all regulatory requirements. Your expertise will be critical in maintaining high standards of patient care and safety, as you work to streamline operations and improve the overall fulfillment process. You will report directly to the Pharmacist in Charge, playing a vital role in the leadership of the pharmacy team and the delivery of quality care to patients across the country.
