You have 3+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and service reliability. Your proficiency in AWS and Linux allows you to effectively manage and optimize cloud environments, ensuring they are both scalable and secure. You are familiar with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, which you use to streamline deployment processes and enhance system performance. Your experience with Terraform or similar infrastructure as code tools enables you to automate and manage infrastructure efficiently, reducing manual operational tasks.
You possess strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset, allowing you to identify potential issues before they escalate. Your ability to collaborate with development teams ensures that you can optimize build, test, and deployment processes, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. You are comfortable participating in on-call rotations and incident handling processes, ensuring that systems remain reliable and available 24/7. What you'll do
As a Site Reliability Engineer at Robin AI, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the cloud infrastructure that powers our cutting-edge Legal AI platform. You will collaborate with engineering teams to establish robust monitoring, incident response, and deployment strategies that ensure high availability and reliability of our proprietary models and services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include standardizing and implementing observability practices in our service-based architecture through logging, traces, metrics, and monitors. You will design, deploy, and operate infrastructure to support Robin's product teams as we expand into new regions, adding automation around manual operational tasks to improve efficiency.
You will work closely with development team leads to optimize build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring that our systems are not only reliable but also scalable. Participating in and improving our on-call and incident handling processes will be a key part of your role, as you strive to maintain optimal service levels for our global customer base. Your contributions will directly impact the reliability and performance of our services, helping us achieve our mission of transforming the legal industry through innovative technology.
