What you'll do

As a Staff Data Scientist at Robinhood, you will lead the end-to-end design and optimization of incentive systems that directly impact user engagement — your role will involve building predictive and causal machine learning models that inform how users interact with the platform. You will design experimentation frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of various incentive programs, ensuring that they are data-driven and aligned with business objectives.
