What you'll do

In this role, you will lead high-impact initiatives that directly affect driver behavior, vehicle performance, and operational safety across tens of thousands of commercial fleets. You will be responsible for designing and deploying advanced machine learning models that utilize vision and sensor data to predict risks and improve driver safety. Your work will involve collaborating with various teams to inform product development and decision-making processes.

You will also mentor junior data scientists, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the team. Your strategic input will help shape the long-term data science strategy at Nauto, ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of technology that can prevent collisions and save lives. You will engage in analytical initiatives that drive business value, making your contributions essential to the company's mission.
