What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer on the Growth team, you will take ownership of the strategy and execution for high-impact growth initiatives. This includes designing promotional offers, activation experiments, and early product experiences that drive user acquisition and engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to rapidly test and iterate on your designs, ensuring they meet both user needs and business objectives. Your role will involve conducting user research to inform your design decisions, as well as analyzing A/B test results to refine your approach. You will be responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your vision to stakeholders. Additionally, you will participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to other designers, helping to elevate the overall quality of the team's work.
