You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in the financial services sector. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and Operations, is essential. Desirable
Experience with custody platforms or investment advisory services is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development processes will help you thrive in this role. What you'll do
As a Product Manager on the RIA Custody team, you will be responsible for setting the vision and roadmap for Robinhoodβs custody platform. You will work closely with Engineering to ensure that the platform meets the needs of Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and their clients. Your role will involve conducting user research to understand the needs of advisors and translating those insights into actionable product features. You will collaborate with Design to create a seamless user experience that combines institutional-grade functionality with Robinhoodβs hallmark simplicity. You will also partner with Operations to ensure that the platform is scalable and meets regulatory requirements. Your ability to define success metrics and track progress will be crucial in driving the product forward.
