Product Manager • Mid-Level

Who you are

You have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech or a related field — you've successfully led cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products that resonate with users. Your strong analytical skills enable you to make data-driven decisions, and you are comfortable working with complex systems and regulatory requirements.

You possess a deep understanding of AI and machine learning technologies — you can translate advanced concepts into user-friendly products that enhance the trading experience. Your ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders ensures that everyone is aligned on project goals and timelines.

You are detail-oriented and committed to building products that prioritize user trust and compliance — you understand the importance of regulatory frameworks in the financial industry and can work closely with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to standards.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy partnering with diverse teams — your experience working alongside engineers, designers, and data scientists has equipped you with the skills to drive product vision and execution.

Desirable

Experience with agile methodologies and product development frameworks is a plus — you are familiar with tools like Jira or Asana to manage project workflows effectively. A background in trading or financial markets will help you understand user needs better and contribute to product strategy.

What you'll do

As a Product Manager on the Active Trading team, you will define the product roadmap and prioritize features that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to create intuitive, real-time trading experiences that empower users to navigate fast-moving markets.

You will leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions, conducting user research and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimize features. Your role will involve translating complex market dynamics into understandable product functionalities that resonate with our users.

You will work hand-in-hand with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Privacy teams to ensure that all products meet regulatory requirements while maintaining a focus on user experience. This includes developing productized guardrails that allow teams to innovate quickly without compromising safety and trust.

You will be responsible for communicating product vision and updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams and departments. Your ability to articulate the value of product features will be crucial in gaining buy-in from leadership and other key stakeholders.
