Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in tax management, particularly within the finance or investment sectors — you've developed a deep understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements that govern investment funds. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to conduct rigorous analyses and ensure the integrity of tax provisions and filings. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with finance and accounting teams to support new product launches and fund operations. You are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high ethical standards in all your work. You understand the importance of in-person collaboration and are ready to engage with your team at least three days a week in the Menlo Park office.
What you'll do
As a Senior Tax Manager at Robinhood, you will lead the Corporate Tax team in ensuring accurate and compliant tax reporting across our investment funds and related entities. You will be responsible for supporting the integrity of tax provisions and filings through rigorous analysis and strong controls. Your role will involve close collaboration with various teams across Finance and Accounting to facilitate new product launches and various fund operations. You will help shape the tax strategy of the company, ensuring that we meet our compliance obligations while also supporting our broader business objectives. You will mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and development within the tax team. Your contributions will be critical in navigating the complexities of tax regulations as we work to democratize finance for all.
