You are an experienced administrative professional with a knack for supporting senior leadership. You excel at managing complex calendars and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to maintain clear communications and project plans effectively. You understand the importance of being a gatekeeper for executives, advocating for the needs of the group while ensuring smooth operations. You have a collaborative spirit, working well with peers and colleagues across various departments. You are detail-oriented, ensuring that all meeting notes, project goals, and tasks are accurately documented and communicated.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support multiple Senior Directors of Engineering across the Infrastructure Group at Roblox. You will manage their complex calendars, ensuring that their time is optimized for maximum productivity. You will lead projects and manage team programs, coordinating events such as team off-sites and all-hands meetings. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the department's communications, drafting and editing presentations, and submitting accurate expense reports. You will also coordinate domestic travel arrangements and serve as a contact for corporate visits from external clients. Your role is crucial in fostering a collaborative environment where executives can thrive and focus on strategic initiatives.
