Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in technical program management, particularly in the field of information security. You possess a strong understanding of governance, risk management, and operational execution, enabling you to drive cross-functional programs effectively. Your background includes working with SaaS applications, endpoint and network security, and identity and access management (IAM), which equips you to identify risks early and embed security into business operations.

You are skilled in building scalable programs and defining clear goals and long-term strategies that drive continuous improvement. Your ability to establish standardized security engagement models allows teams to collaborate with security professionals throughout the design and development processes. You are a proactive communicator, capable of engaging with various stakeholders to ensure security is prioritized across the organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development and maturation of the Enterprise Security program at Roblox. You will define clear goals and long-term strategies that drive continuous improvement and enterprise-wide risk reduction. Your responsibilities will include establishing a standardized security engagement model that enables teams to partner with security early in their projects. You will drive cross-functional programs that facilitate the design and rollout of corporate security controls across various platforms.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure that security considerations are integrated into all aspects of the business. Your role will involve identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them effectively. You will also be responsible for reporting on the progress of security initiatives and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged in the process.
