What you'll do

As a Data Scientist in the People Analytics pod, you will serve as an analytics consultant to key partners in HR, Talent Acquisition, and Finance. Your role will involve developing and managing Roblox’s HR data warehouse, ensuring that analytical tools and reports support data-driven HR initiatives. You will analyze qualitative and quantitative data to provide insights that inform strategic decisions across the company. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify key metrics and develop dashboards that track organizational performance. Your work will directly impact leadership development and people management strategies, helping to shape a positive organizational culture. You will also be responsible for conducting research and analysis to support talent acquisition efforts, ensuring that data informs hiring practices and employee development programs. You will engage in continuous learning and development, staying updated on industry trends and best practices in data science and analytics.
