What you'll do

In this role, you will join the People Science team at Roblox, where you will support the Talent Acquisition organization by leveraging data to drive insights and optimize hiring processes. You will work closely with experienced data scientists and HR professionals to analyze recruitment data and identify trends that can inform strategic decisions. Your contributions will help create tools and insights that empower leadership to scale hiring efforts effectively.

You will engage in hands-on data analysis, utilizing statistical methods to interpret data and generate reports that highlight key findings.
