What you'll do

As a Senior GRC Analyst at Roblox, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of the security governance program — you will collaborate with various teams to ensure that security policies and procedures are effectively integrated into the organization's operations. Your responsibilities will include conducting risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and recommending appropriate controls to mitigate risks.

You will partner with your colleagues in GRC, InfoSec, and Engineering to design and implement a governance function that aligns with Roblox's mission and values — your contributions will help shape the organization's approach to risk management and compliance. You will also be involved in developing and maintaining documentation related to security policies, procedures, and controls, ensuring that they are up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

In addition, you will assist in training and educating employees on security best practices and compliance requirements — fostering a culture of security awareness will be a key aspect of your role. You will also monitor compliance with security policies and procedures, conducting audits and assessments as necessary to ensure adherence.
