What you'll do

In this role, you will operationalize the label quality measurement workflow at Roblox, ensuring that high-fidelity ground truth data sets are delivered for both human and AI/ML moderation processes. You will engage deeply with cross-functional teams, including Policy, Product, and Engineering, to develop and execute solutions that uphold community standards. Your responsibilities will include analyzing moderation data, identifying trends, and providing insights to improve moderation effectiveness. You will also be responsible for training and supporting moderation teams, ensuring they understand the standards and policies that govern user and developer activity on the platform. You will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of the Roblox community by ensuring that moderation practices are effective and aligned with company values.
