Who you are
You have a strong background in payment operations and risk management, with a focus on identifying and resolving issues related to high-value payments. Your experience includes executing in-depth investigations into anomalous money movements and potential money laundering activities, ensuring compliance with AML regulations. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about creating safer shared experiences for users. You understand the importance of efficiency and accuracy in payment processing and are skilled at using external processors like Tipalti. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent problem-solving skills, allowing you to navigate complex payment systems effectively.
What you'll do
As the Lead, Payment Risk Operations, you will be responsible for processing and approving high-value payments, ensuring that creators can seamlessly convert their earned virtual currency into real-world money. You will work closely with the Developer Exchange Team to identify and resolve systematic issues that may arise during the payment process. Your role will involve conducting thorough investigations into any suspicious activities, including regional pricing abuse and other sophisticated abuse vectors. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to improve the efficiency and accuracy of payment operations, contributing to the overall success of the Creator community. Additionally, you will provide support and guidance to your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in payment risk operations.
