What you'll do
As a Senior Developer Engagement Manager at Roblox, you will own the strategy and execution for onboarding new developers and studios. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Creator teams to ensure a seamless integration of new content into the Roblox platform. Your role will involve driving adoption and accelerating development by providing support and resources to developers.
You will serve as a strategic partner to developers, helping them navigate the Roblox ecosystem and maximize their potential. Your responsibilities will include leading recruitment efforts, organizing events, and creating programs that foster community engagement. You will also analyze feedback and metrics to continuously improve the onboarding process and developer experience.
