You have 5+ years of experience in data analysis, particularly in engagement, churn, and retention metrics. Your expertise in SQL allows you to extract and manipulate data efficiently, and you are comfortable using data visualization tools to present your findings. You understand the importance of A/B testing and can design experiments to optimize user engagement strategies. Your analytical mindset enables you to derive actionable insights from complex datasets, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can work closely with cross-functional teams.
Desirable
Experience with Google Analytics is a plus, as it helps you track user behavior and engagement across platforms. Familiarity with subscription-based business models will give you an edge in understanding the nuances of user retention and churn.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving data-driven decision-making for Rokuβs Subscriptions business. You will build and maintain dashboards that track key performance indicators related to user engagement and retention. Collaborating with the Core Analytics and Data Science teams, you will conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends and patterns that inform strategic initiatives. Your insights will help shape the next phase of subscriber success across Roku's subscription ecosystem. You will also work closely with product and marketing teams to ensure that data-driven insights are integrated into their strategies, enhancing user experience and satisfaction.
