Who you are
You have a strong background in analytics, with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives across product management, marketing, ecommerce, retail sales, and engineering. Your experience spans over 5 years in analytics roles, where you've successfully set and executed analytics agendas that inform decision-making and enable effective roadmaps. You are an operator at heart, skilled in leveraging data to drive retail strategy, merchandising, promotions, and product strategy. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that analytics insights translate into actionable strategies.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey complex analytical concepts to stakeholders at all levels. Your ability to build strong relationships with product management, marketing, and engineering teams is key to your success. You are detail-oriented and have a strong analytical mindset, enabling you to identify trends and insights that drive business growth. You are passionate about using data to enhance the customer experience and improve operational efficiency.
Desirable
Experience in the streaming or entertainment industry is a plus, as is familiarity with advanced analytics tools and methodologies. A background in retail strategy or ecommerce analytics would also be beneficial. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results.
What you'll do
As the Director of Analytics at Roku, you will be responsible for setting the analytics agenda for the organization.
