What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager, you will lead the Supply and CTV commerce teams, driving the development of Roku's advertising platforms. Your responsibilities will include setting the technical vision and strategy for the team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. You will collaborate closely with product management and other stakeholders to define project scopes and objectives, translating business needs into actionable engineering tasks.
