Roku is hiring a Tax Manager to contribute to all areas of tax compliance and planning. You'll work collaboratively within a growing team at Roku's headquarters in San Jose, California. This role requires solid experience in worldwide tax compliance and M&A.

Who you are
You are a qualified tax professional with solid experience in worldwide tax compliance, M&A, US domestic and international tax, indirect tax, and ASC 740. You enjoy working collaboratively in a collegial team environment within a fast-paced growing company. You are proactive and enjoy learning and new challenges, making you an ideal fit for the role of Tax Manager at Roku.
What you'll do
As a Tax Manager at Roku, you will be contributing to all areas of tax, including compliance and planning. You will report to the tax director and actively participate in income tax compliance and planning that is closely integrated with direct and indirect tax. Your role will involve working with a team of tax professionals to ensure compliance with tax regulations and to support the company's growth initiatives.
