Who you are
You have a strong background in procurement and supply chain management, with at least 5 years of experience in logistics and supplier relationship management. You excel in contract negotiation and have a proven track record of managing supplier performance and governance. Your analytical skills enable you to define category strategies and optimize supply base performance effectively.
You are a collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments, working closely with planning, factory management, and order management teams. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders ensures that you can drive initiatives that align with the company's logistics goals. You are detail-oriented and have a strong focus on cost and quality in all aspects of logistics operations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the procurement of warehousing and logistics services, ensuring that Roku's product portfolio is delivered efficiently and cost-effectively. You will own supplier relationships, defining strategies that enhance performance and drive continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include negotiating contracts, executing procurement strategies, and overseeing supplier governance to ensure compliance with Roku's standards.
You will collaborate with the Supply Chain Operations team to plan and drive the manufacturing, shipping, reception, storage, and delivery of products. Your role will involve analyzing logistics data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. You will also be responsible for managing reverse logistics processes, ensuring that returns and repairs are handled efficiently.
