What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Ads Auction and Marketplace Optimization team at Roku, focusing on enhancing the performance of our advertising ecosystem — you will be responsible for building and managing a team of engineers dedicated to optimizing yield and gross profit through advanced machine learning techniques. You will oversee the development of systems that perform real-time multi-objective optimization, ensuring low latency and high availability.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineering teams to define and implement strategies that improve the overall performance of our advertising solutions — your leadership will be crucial in driving the technical direction of the team and ensuring alignment with business goals.

You will also be involved in the continuous evolution of our Machine Learning, Experimentation, and Inference Platform, ensuring that it remains at the forefront of technology and capable of handling the demands of a rapidly changing advertising landscape. Your role will include mentoring team members, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
