What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the implementation and optimization of Tableau dashboards, ensuring they can handle increasing data volumes and user concurrency. You will collaborate with the Analytics, Data Architecture, and Data Engineering teams to design and maintain robust data pipelines that support analytical needs. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting performance issues, conducting regular audits of dashboard performance, and implementing best practices for data visualization.

You will also mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge of Tableau and data analytics to foster a culture of continuous learning within the team. Your contributions will directly impact how data is utilized across the organization, enhancing decision-making processes and improving overall user engagement with Roku's data products.
