Who you are

You have a strong background in product design with a proven track record of impactful design implementations that drove improvements in user experience and business outcomes. Your experience includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs that resonate with diverse audiences. You are proficient in design tools, particularly Figma, and have a keen eye for detail that ensures high-quality outputs. You thrive in an agile environment and are comfortable iterating on designs based on user feedback and testing. You understand the importance of accessibility and inclusivity in design, ensuring that all users can benefit from your work. You are based in Barcelona or willing to relocate, as this role requires in-office collaboration at least two days a week.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer at Rover.com, you will be responsible for leading design projects from concept to execution, ensuring that user needs are at the forefront of your designs. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and user researchers to define and implement innovative solutions that enhance the user experience. Your role will involve conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform your design decisions. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your ideas to stakeholders. Additionally, you will mentor junior designers, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of design excellence within the team. Your contributions will directly impact the way pet parents interact with our platform, making pet care more accessible and enjoyable.
