What you'll do

In this role, you will lead external affairs efforts for Rowan's data center projects in the DMV area, focusing on economic development, government affairs, public policy, and community relations. You will act as the face of the company in communities where Rowan is making investments, ensuring that local stakeholders are informed and engaged. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining relationships with government officials, community leaders, and other stakeholders to create a favorable environment for Rowan's operations.

You will track and analyze legislation and local policies that may affect the company's projects, providing insights and recommendations to project leadership. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to align community engagement strategies with business goals, ensuring that Rowan's initiatives are well-received and supported by local communities. You will also represent Rowan at public meetings and events, advocating for the company's interests and addressing any community concerns.
