Your analytical skills enable you to derive actionable insights from complex datasets, and you are proficient in using tools like Salesforce and Tableau to visualize data effectively. You understand the importance of data governance and are committed to ensuring reporting accuracy and adherence to standards. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

You are familiar with AI tools and platforms, and you have experience in building scalable data models that support self-service consumption. Your ability to analyze service delivery performance trends and operational gaps allows you to provide valuable insights that guide leadership decision-making. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for identifying product issue trends and agent productivity metrics.

Desirable

Experience with additional BI tools and reporting capabilities is a plus. Familiarity with AI reporting tools and their application in driving data-driven decision-making will set you apart. What you'll do

In this role, you will own the analytics and reporting for the global Customer Success organization, focusing on enhancing service effectiveness and customer satisfaction. You will design, build, and maintain dashboards that track key metrics such as case volume, SLA attainment, and customer satisfaction scores. Your work will involve collecting, analyzing, and structuring data from various platforms, including Salesforce, SupportLogic, and Amazon Connect, to provide comprehensive operational visibility.

You will develop automated reporting pipelines to streamline processes and reduce manual effort, ensuring that insights are readily available to stakeholders. Your expertise in data visualization will enable you to create impactful reports that facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will also collaborate with leadership to identify operational gaps and recommend strategies for improvement.
