Who you are

You have strong proficiency with data and experience with data visualization tools, particularly Looker, which you use to create insightful reports and dashboards. Your high proficiency in Excel allows you to work comfortably with large, unstructured data sets, turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. You possess strong analytical, business consulting, organizational, and project management skills, enabling you to diagnose root-cause issues and provide actionable recommendations to improve processes and outcomes. You are adept at creating operating cadences or structured processes across multiple stakeholders, and you thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment, working autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Desirable

Experience in a similar role within a SaaS company is a plus, as is familiarity with sales strategy and operations. You are comfortable influencing executive stakeholders with compelling narratives derived from data, and you have a knack for identifying risks and opportunities that can drive business growth.

What you'll do

In this role, you will deliver data-driven insights that empower Sales and cross-functional teams to make confident decisions. You will build repeatable reporting, dashboards, and models that illuminate trends and performance drivers, partnering with leaders to monitor KPIs and recommend clear actions. Your ability to translate raw data into compelling narratives will influence executive stakeholders, while your analytical skills will help diagnose root-cause issues and improve operational efficiency. You will support cross-functional programs, tools, and systems that strengthen productivity and operational effectiveness, ensuring that the JAPAC Sales Strategy & Operations team operates with rigor and direction.
