Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in IT or SaaS environments — you've successfully led product strategies that enhance business processes and improve employee experiences. Your expertise in the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle means you understand the intricacies of sales cycles, from generating quotes to collecting payments, and you can optimize these processes effectively.
You are meticulous and detail-oriented, ensuring that all stages of the software development lifecycle are managed in a secured environment. Your experience with various SaaS applications like Salesforce, Oracle, and Workday allows you to drive operational efficiency and deliver high-paced business outcomes with 100% system uptime.
You possess strong leadership skills and can collaborate effectively with engineering teams to champion product initiatives. Your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and work cross-functionally makes you a valuable asset to any team.
Desirable
Experience with agile methodologies and cloud architectures is a plus. Familiarity with data governance and compliance processes will enhance your ability to contribute to the IT team's goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop and drive the vision for the Quote-to-Cash platform, ensuring its seamless integration with existing systems. You will lead product strategy, working closely with stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize features that align with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to identify pain points in the QTC process and implementing solutions that enhance user experience.
You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that product development aligns with the overall strategy and meets quality standards.
