Familiarity with evaluation frameworks such as human eval pipelines, automated benchmarks, and red-teaming will be beneficial as you work to refine our product capabilities.

What you'll do

As a Staff Product Manager at Workato, you will take ownership of the product roadmap for evaluation frameworks, ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our diverse customer base. You will collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop and implement features that streamline complex workflows, making them feel elegant and intuitive for users. Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights and feedback, which will inform product decisions and enhancements. You will also be responsible for defining success metrics and tracking performance to ensure that our products deliver value and drive user satisfaction.

In addition to product development, you will engage with stakeholders across the organization to align on priorities and communicate progress. You will lead cross-functional meetings, facilitate discussions, and ensure that all team members are informed and engaged in the product development process.
