Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in product management with a focus on evaluation frameworks and complex workflows — your experience enables you to navigate the intricacies of product development while ensuring alignment with business goals. You possess a deep understanding of machine learning principles and have worked closely with technical teams to implement innovative solutions that drive efficiency. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams allows you to translate technical concepts into actionable insights for stakeholders. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about building products that empower users and enhance their experiences.

Desirable

Experience with agent architectures, RAG systems, or LLM application development is a plus — you understand the nuances of these technologies and how they can be leveraged to improve product offerings. A background in ML engineering, solutions architecture, or technical program management before transitioning to product management will give you an edge in this role. Familiarity with evaluation frameworks such as human eval pipelines, automated benchmarks, and red-teaming will be beneficial as you work to refine our product capabilities.

You will collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop and implement features that streamline complex workflows, making them feel elegant and intuitive for users. Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights and feedback, which will inform product decisions and enhancements. You will also be responsible for defining success metrics and tracking performance to ensure that our products deliver value and drive user satisfaction.

In addition to product development, you will engage with stakeholders across the organization to align on priorities and communicate progress. You will lead cross-functional meetings, facilitate discussions, and ensure that all team members are informed and engaged in the product development process. Your expertise in machine learning will enable you to guide the team in integrating advanced technologies into our products, enhancing their capabilities and positioning Workato as a leader in enterprise orchestration.
