Who you are

You have a strong background in operations analysis, particularly in the context of renewals and sales processes. Your experience includes maintaining CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, and managing transaction workloads effectively. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for problem-solving, especially when it comes to addressing system constraints that impact renewal processes.

You are proficient in Salesforce, utilizing it for stage management and pipeline tracking. Your analytical skills allow you to master the intake, analysis, and resolution of administrative and operational inquiries related to renewals. You understand the importance of data integrity and are committed to refining existing policies and processes to enhance overall renewal operations.

Desirable

Knowledge of quote to order processes is a plus, as it will help you navigate the complexities of renewal operations more effectively. You are comfortable creating and distributing reports for management, including dashboards in Salesforce, and performing ad hoc reporting and analysis to identify trends and insights.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for Renewal Sales Representatives, reporting directly to the Renewal Operations Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all upcoming renewals from our installed base are accurately forecasted in the pipeline. You will maintain CRM field accuracy and integrity for forecast and pipeline reports, performing regular pipeline scrubbing to ensure data reliability.

You will analyze deals outside of our standard framework to ensure accurate Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) calculation and allocation across business units. Tracking manually inputted deals will be part of your routine to ensure accuracy and consistency in our records. You will also implement improvements to enhance overall renewal operations, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the Renewals team.
