You have a proven track record in customer success or renewals, demonstrating your ability to manage relationships and drive retention effectively. Your strong organizational skills enable you to oversee the renewal lifecycle for assigned accounts, ensuring timely commitments from customers. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve key performance metrics.

You understand the importance of customer engagement and are skilled at maximizing renewal results through proactive communication and relationship management. Your experience allows you to navigate complex customer needs and streamline processes to enhance the renewal experience. You are adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth execution of renewal strategies.

What you'll do

As a Senior Renewals Specialist at Klaviyo, you will lead and oversee the renewal lifecycle for your assigned accounts, optimizing renewal results and driving revenue growth. You will engage with customers well before renewal deadlines to secure timely commitments, ensuring they continue to see value in Klaviyo's platform. Your role will involve working closely with Customer Success and Growth teams to manage renewals and handle upsells effectively.

You will be responsible for consolidating upcoming renewals and maximizing eligibility for key performance metrics. Your ability to collaborate with various teams will be crucial in driving retention and reducing churn. You will also play a key role in streamlining processes to enhance the overall customer experience during the renewal phase.
