You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with sales teams and product specialists to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Desirable
Experience with cloud-native data protection solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with enterprise, mid-market, and small business customer needs. You are comfortable presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences and can effectively communicate the value of Rubrik's offerings.
What you'll do
In this role, you will provide technical direction and leadership to both Rubrik and its customers, focusing on the development and positioning of cloud-native data protection solutions. You will oversee key account technical pre-sales activities, ensuring that customers understand the benefits and capabilities of Rubrik's cloud solutions. Your responsibilities will include building and evangelizing the cloud product line, positioning it effectively in the market, and architecting solutions that meet customer needs.
You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to maximize product line revenue.
