Who you are
You have a strong background in sales engineering, ideally with experience in cloud computing and data resilience solutions. You are a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and can effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Your ability to analyze customer feedback and identify trends will help drive innovative technical programs and pipeline generation.
You possess a deep understanding of Rubrik's NAS Cloud Direct product and can serve as a trusted technology advisor to customers. Your expertise in public cloud capabilities allows you to position Rubrik's solutions effectively to key accounts, ensuring that you meet and exceed sales quotas.
What you'll do
In this role, you will provide technical leadership and direction to the sales team, guiding them in the development and positioning of Rubrik's NAS Cloud Direct product. You will lead technical sales calls, gather and analyze customer feedback, and identify trends that can inform product development and sales strategies. Your responsibilities will include conducting customer demonstrations and overseeing day-to-day account-level activities to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
You will work closely with Account Executives to drive pipeline generation and support customer proof of concepts (POCs). Your role will involve evangelizing and architecting Rubrik's Data Resilience, Observability, and Remediation tools to a targeted list of new and existing customers throughout the Western Region. You will be instrumental in helping customers achieve resilience against cyberattacks and operational disruptions, making a significant impact on their data protection strategies.
