Who you are
You are a hands-on Cloud Architect with a deep technical background, thriving at the intersection of technical execution and product strategy. You have experience guiding Product Managers through the product development process, ensuring that the first releases of features meet rigorous enterprise standards. Your expertise allows you to translate complex cloud requirements into actionable product requirements and PRDs, making you a critical subject matter expert in cloud services.
You have a strong understanding of architecture validation, working closely with Product Management and Engineering to design and validate architectures that meet enterprise-grade performance and security standards. You excel in implementation excellence, leading the 'last mile' of product success by ensuring field teams have the right documentation and architectural guides for successful post-sale implementations. Your hands-on validation skills allow you to conduct thorough testing of new features in lab and customer environments, ensuring they solve real-world challenges before full-scale rollout.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the technical SME, helping Product Managers translate complex cloud requirements into actionable product requirements. You will work closely with PM and Engineering teams to design and validate architectures that meet enterprise-grade performance and security standards. Your responsibilities will include leading the implementation process by ensuring field teams have the necessary documentation and technical enablement for successful post-sale implementations. You will also conduct hands-on validation of new features in lab and customer environments, ensuring they address real-world challenges before full-scale rollout. Additionally, you will support Sales Engineering and Professional Services teams to ensure field readiness and successful customer engagements.
