Who you are

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field and are eager to start your career in software engineering. With 0-2 years of relevant work experience, you are proficient in one or more general-purpose programming languages such as Go, C++, or Python. You are familiar with cloud technologies like Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure, and have a basic understanding of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams, including Product Designers and Product Managers. Your problem-solving skills enable you to troubleshoot issues effectively, and you are motivated to deliver reliable and performant features. You are passionate about learning and growing your technical expertise in a supportive engineering culture.

What you'll do

As a Software Engineer on the Cloud Unstructured team at Rubrik, you will take full stack ownership of design, implementation, and testing of new features. You will manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, leveraging your technical expertise to ensure successful outcomes. Collaborating closely with Product Designers and Software Engineers, you will deliver compelling user-facing products that meet customer needs.

You will also troubleshoot issues experienced by customers and during internal product testing, providing robust solutions to enhance product performance. Identifying and resolving performance and scalability issues will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring that the systems you work on can handle the demands of managing petabytes of data and billions of files and objects.
