Who you are
You have a strong background in software engineering with a focus on cloud security — your experience includes building scalable and reliable systems that prioritize security and stability. You are familiar with microservices architecture and have hands-on experience with Kubernetes and MySQL, enabling you to contribute effectively to the RSC Platform team.
You understand the challenges of working in a high-growth environment and are adept at re-engineering platform infrastructure to support rapid scaling. Your commitment to security means you are proactive in implementing robust security protocols and conducting regular audits to protect data and systems.
What you'll do
As a Software Engineer on the RSC Platform team, you will be responsible for developing the fundamental infrastructure components that support all other product teams at Rubrik. You will work on enhancing our microservices architecture and Kubernetes deployment system, ensuring that our platform remains scalable and reliable.
You will tackle challenges related to stability and security, implementing solutions that ensure our infrastructure is resilient against threats and vulnerabilities. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to innovate and improve our core layers, including the distributed job workflow engine and database instances.
