Desirable

What you'll do

As a Software Engineer in the Continuous Product Delivery team at Rubrik, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining high-performance software applications. You will work closely with the core engineering team, product management, and support organizations to ensure the successful delivery of Rubrik's on-premise data backup and management offerings. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing features that enhance product stability and customer satisfaction.

You will be expected to develop a strong understanding of Rubrik's product architecture, including the distributed job framework and data lifecycle management. You will collaborate with other engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring that the software you develop meets the highest standards of quality and performance. Your role will also involve participating in code reviews and contributing to the overall improvement of the engineering processes within the team.

You will have the opportunity to work on various releases of Rubrik's products, contributing to both new features and enhancements of existing functionalities.
